My Story:
I used to be a quiet, skinny kid with a love for sport.
After turning 17 I decided to join a gym and started doing the typical things I think
most people do; turn up a few times a week, pick up some weights, do some cardio
and then go home feeling fairly satisified but not really knowing if it was working.
I had NO idea what I was doing.
Trial, error, research and determination got me to where I am today.
That's why I do this. It's SO much easier with the right guidance and you can get
results so much faster when you've got plan in place.. and that's what I'm here
for!
